TO WHICH CITIES DO YOU MAKE DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS? 🇲🇽 ?
We currently ship to Guanajuato, Mexico City, the State of Mexico, Jalisco, Nuevo Leon, and Merida. Please ensure your shipping information is as detailed as possible and double-check that it is correct. The shipping cost is 800MX. Shipping takes 15–20 business days (Monday–Friday) as this is a product design and customization process.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You can pay by credit/debit card with PayPal. You'll be directed to a secure payment area. If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry; you can create one while entering your card details.
CAN I SEND IT AS A GIFT?
Of course, in your cart you'll find "Add Note." Select and describe the details you want to include, for example: send as a gift, add a ribbon, and a loving note from Juan.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

2. Select the material, color and type
3. Click select file and upload your favorite photo.
4. Add to cart.
And that's it! We'll take care of the rest.
Note: If you want to order more than one necklace with different photos, repeat the steps, add to cart and so on with each photo.
